Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Early in the morning after breakfast we will depart Nairobi City and drive to Lake Nakuru National park through the Rift Valley escarpment. A stop over at the view point for photography and enjoying the scenery will be your first encounter with the wonderful nature. We will then proceed to Lake Nakuru for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
You will have a chance to view some of the Big Five animals which include Leopards, Lions, Buffaloes and Rhinos. Afterwards you will enjoy your first Night in the park.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at your preferred Flamingo Hill Tented camp.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru to SweetWaters.
Morning game drive, watch and photograph birds and animals followed by your breakfast and then proceed to Mt. Kenya region through Thompson’s fall, we will stop here for few minutes to have a look at the falls and take some great photos before proceeding to sweetwaters. Arrive at Sweetwater’s Serena Camp in time for lunch. And take a full afternoon visit to Sweetwater’s game ranch. Sweetwater’s is the only rehabilitation sanctuary in Kenya for these widely abused chimpanzees with two groups living in an environment as close to their natural habitat as possible. The site is also a dedicated black rhino breeding area. Dinner and overnight stay at Sweetwater’s Serena camp.
Day 3: Sweetwaters – Nairobi.
Early morning game drive. Breakfast then depart for Nairobi at around 1000hours and arrive late in the afternoon.
