Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and depart for Lake Nakuru National park. You will have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley where you will have a chance to take photos as this marks the beginning of real adventure.
The Great Rift Valley was formed as a result of the splitting of the outermost part of the earth
you will proceed with your journey towards Lake Nakuru National Park where you will arrive in time for lunch at the camp/lodge.
After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive up until sunset.
Dinner and overnight will be at Flamingo hill camp/Lake Nakuru sopa/Jarika county lodge.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara.
After your breakfast, you will bid Lake Nakuru national park good bye and proceed to Masai Mara to arrive at the camp/lodge in time for lunch.
After having your lunch, you will have a chance to embark on afternoon game drive until the sun sets. You will get introduced to this famous National reserve which holds a record in the world’s Guinness book of records for its annual migration of large herds of wildebeests during the months of July until September.
Dinner and overnight will be at Basecamp explorer/Mara Sopa lodge/ Ol-Moran tented camp.
Day 3: Full day game drives at Masai Mara National Reserve.
This third day of your 4 days safari will enable you to embark on an early morning game drive before your breakfast. This time is the best since the anials both diurnal and nocturnal are up out of their hideouts before the sun sends theem back to the shade. This will give you an amazing opportunity to view the animals and take photographs.
You will later return to the camp/lodge and have your hefty breakfast and then leave with your packed lunch for a full day game drive. You will visit the Mara river where you will have a chance to see where the crossing takes place during migration of the wildebeests from the neighboring Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at Basecamp explorer/Mara Sopa lodge/ Ol-Moran tented camp.
Day 4: Masai Mara – Nairobi.
The fourth day of your safari, after breakfast, you will enjoy a relaxing morning game drive before leaving for Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon.
You will be dropped off by our driver guide at either your Nairobi hotel or at the international airport to catch your scheduled flight back home.
This marks the end of your safari with us.
